Doyle, Angus Kay
General Notes: Angus K. Doyle, whose name and face are familiar to all the people of Nassau, and vicinity, as station agent, as well as to the traveling public as a genial and accommodating railroad man, was born in Renville county, Minnesota, August 3, 1872, where his father, Samuel H., who had come from Scotland, had located and engaged in farming. Noted events in his life were: • Residence, Abt 1891. Angus married Mary Jeanette Longworth, daughter of John Longworth II and Kate Eliza Russell, on 9 Aug 1895 in Ortonville, Big Stone, MN. (Mary Jeanette Longworth was born on 28 Jan 1876 in Stockbridge, Calumet, WI, died on 24 Jun 1946 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, MN 4 and was buried in Jun 1946 in Madison, Lac Qui Parle, MN.) |
